There is something to be said for simplicity, and even more to be said about simplicity when docking. You'll be hard pressed to find a vessel geared for docking simplicity as well as the Meridian 411. It's bow and stern thrusters work in tandem using Meridians D.O.C. system (Docking On Command) that is located at both lower and upper helms. Simply twist the unit in the direction you'd like the boat to turn. Of course, you can always keep things old school with her twin screws. In combination, this should making docking simple even in higher than usual winds. But outside of the docking systems, simplicity is featured throughout the boat. No need for clunky step ladders, the Meridian 411 features molded fiberglass steps up to the bridge. These steps raise up to give easy access to engines, tanks, filters, and the generator. There is no exterior wood so you'll never have to worry about doing brightwork before you're friends come aboard, and this also lends to a very modern feel walking up to and stepping aboard Latitude.
