"Liberty" is her name. She is loaded with all the convenience and amenities of a modern cruising sailboat with beautiful craftmanship joinery of cherry wood down below. She has two spacious cabins and 2 heads and a large galley. Also included is a generator, A.C., custom Garhauer davits for a dinghy and more. The in mast main sail furling system and large Genoa also on roller furling makes it easy and safe to sail.
The current owner has spent more than $20,000.00 in improvement on this vessel in the last 3 years. The previous owner spent $12,000.00 on a custom 1 inch stainless steel framed Iverson dodger and enclosure which remains in excellent condition. In addition, he spent $4,500.00 on a custom made Tempurpedic mattress for the owner cabin. You will sleep well on "Liberty"! The upholstery down below is excellent with no wear showing.
"Liberty" has just been detailed and waxed. The teak toe rails and cabin top hand rails have just been refinished. She shines like a new penny and is ready to go and be enjoyed.

Accommodations
As you come down the main hatch, on your starboard side is the Dinette and the large Galley, and on the port side is the navigation station, and counter for chart plotting and storage. Under the seat near the walkway is the water maker.
The Galley has a SS double sink, microwave, propane stove and oven, Fridge and separate large Freezer, cabinet storage, and a great working area.
Going forward, Master Bath to starboard, settee, to port with hanging lockers and settee and Queen walk around, with Temperpedic. mattress. Master Bath has Raritan electric head, and shower.
Aft cabin has a large berth an a hanging locker, with aft head close by accessible from salon and aft cabin. Aft head is a manual head by Jabsco.
Additional Information
Liberty was last hauled out and bottom repainted in 2018. The hull is cleaned monthly and the zincs changed as needed.
The water maker was pickled several years ago and is not in service. It is not warranted.
There are a number of included spare parts such as alternator, belts and filters for the Yanmar motor and generator. Also included are parts for repair of the heads. Any other personal items onboard Liberty not specifically mentioned are not included in the sale.
There is an inflatable dinghy/tender currently on the davits of Liberty. It is a 3 year old Taurus, aluminum bottom, 10' 6" long with built in bow storage. It has a 9.9 HP, 4 cycle Yamaha outboard. It has a custom made Sunbrella cover ($1,200.00). This tender has had little use and is in excellent condition. It is available for purchase separately for $4,000.00
