BOAT HISTORY
IT IS TIME TO START LIVING YOUR DREAM
This boat has only had 3 owners, first two owners took meticulous care of her.The current owners purchased the boat in 2014 and started living their dream. They have sailed her extensively, primarily in Mexico. Several upgrades have been made to the boat. They just put on 3 coats of new bottom paint, replaced the bimini, sail cover, forward and aft stays, and had the upholstery redone, Replaced the heat exchanger and had new motor mounts installed. Meticulous maintenance has been done on the boat and owner has a detailed spread sheet with all of the work that has been completed. She comes with two sets of sails, One set in excellent condition.
The reason they are departing from their beloved Voila is that they have fallen in love with fishing and are going to buy a fishing boat and keep her in Loreto.

The Island Packet 35 is a large comfortable layout designed for safe offshore cruising. Hand holds located throughout the boat. From the companionway stairs, the galley is to starboard and the aft cabin is to port. The aft cabin is a large fore and aft double berth. There is abundant storage in the hanging locker, shelf storage and under the berth.
- The main salon features two straight settee's with port making the dinette and double salon berth. Abundant storage below and behind the settee's. Salon hanging locker forward on the starboard side.
- Forward is the large head to port, followed by the forward stateroom. The forward stateroom features a large double V-berth, hanging locker, under berth storage and private access to the head.
