This very well maintained Carver 370 for sale in San Diego, CA was designed by Bob MacNeill to be roomy and comfortable for her length. The Two-Stateroom layout of this 37 footer is purposely designed to be light and airy. She would be ideal for anyone looking for a condo-on-the-water or a liveaboard.
HerTwin Crusader 454XL's have recently been rebuilt and give her a cruising speed of around 15 knots while reaching top speeds of nearly 20 knots. There have been approximately 150hrs put on engines since the rebuild, but please note this spec sheet lists the hours at the meter.
Newer flooring in the cabin gives the interior a warm, welcoming, and modern feel. Blue courtesy compliment this feeling during the daytime but especially at night.
Her canvas and eisenglass are in like new condition, due in part to exterior canvas covering for the glass during times in the slip. A little extra time to prep before departure, but this seemingly small feature will extend the lifespan of the glass for many many years and keep it in like new condition.
While she may lack some of the more modern bells and whistles, she is in fantastic shape and priced to sell. She represents a perfect platform for her next owner to bring her into the modern with new electronics and entertainment.
