Descriptions
Interior
Taken down to the fiberglass, the interior was given a new sub-floor, rebuilt V-berth, custom cabinetry, and a custom cap that raises the headroom below to 6'4". All the comforts you will need for extended cruising that were not in the original design were added including a princess Gourmet II 3-burner LP gas range, Isotherm refrigeration, and a Spectra water maker.
Exterior
During the refit, the keel-stepped mast was removed for service. The original boom has been replaced with a LeisureFurl boom furler and Forespar boom vang. The mainsheet traveler was moved to the top of a custom fiberglass arch. The running and standing rigging were replaced by Pacific Offshore Rigging of San Diego. They also added a Navtec hydraulic backstay tensioner. The Headsail is a Schaeffer System 3100 roller furler. A Power Winch and an electric Windless with a foredeck footswitch and remote cockpit control have also been added.
Winches:
- Mast: Two Barient 22’s.
- Deck: One Barient 23ST and on Lewmar 40ST.
- Cockpit: Two Barient 32ST’s and two Barient 26’s.
Mechanics and Tankage
The vessel was re-powered in 2011 with a Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engine. A custom service hatch allows for easy access. 3 new stainless steel fuel tanks were added. 2 60 gallon aft, and 1 35 gallons under the port settee. This upgraded the fuel capacity from 40 gallons to 155 gallons with Dual Racor fuel filters.
